For ease of delivery, we use digital uploading services for our customers to send us their files over the internet.

This is cost effective, as there is no delivery charges. Turn around time is shortened.

All jobs of a sensitive nature, are all guaranteed private and sealed with a privacy agreement.

We accept the following file types for upload:

Digital Negatives (DNG, RAW, NCR, RAW)
TIFF
PDF
PSD
PNG
Jpg (level 9 upwards for quality reasons)
ZIP / RAR

We use Dropbox when having our customers transfer images to us, and from us back to them. The system is super easy and uncomplicated. Once we get the images in, we set to work on the corrections and dropbox it back. There are no additional costs involved for our customers.

contact us with your details so we can share a folder for you to drop your files into
upload your files by moving them into the dropbox folder
this uploads the images to us, ready for instant download.
